Financing your project in the Drôme: productive investment, agriculture and agri-food
Discover schemes in the Drôme for business premises, agri-food processing, agritourism and agricultural investment.
Introduction
The Drôme has a set of territorial and agricultural schemes, several of which are co-funded with intermunicipal bodies or linked to FEADER interventions. The official catalogue covers in particular business premises, agri-food, agritourism, livestock farming and irrigation. Eligibility must be checked scheme by scheme, as some aid is reserved for EPCIs, agricultural collectives or professional organisations.
Who is this guide for?
Industrial businesses and industrial service providers, agri-food businesses, farms, farmer collectives and agritourism project leaders. Aid for business parks and economic land is often led by groups of municipalities, not directly by the business.
Understanding who funds what
Separate aid directly granted by the Département, measures co-funded with the Région/FEADER, State aid and instruments from partner operators. The territory alone does not turn national or European funding into departmental aid.
Direct departmental aid
The departmental portal presents aid for business premises co-funded with EPCIs and a scheme for agri-food businesses. The eligibility conditions, eligible expenses and application procedures must be taken from the downloadable regulations.
Agricultural and rural aid
The Département lists numerous agricultural schemes, including a 2026-2028 departmental sheep farming plan, agritourism, experimentation and several FEADER measures. FEADER schemes must retain their own reference, managing authority and window.
Territorial investment and transition
Aid for economic land and the development of business parks is aimed in particular at groups of municipalities. Before including it in a private financing plan, confirm that the direct applicant and the expense are eligible.
Complementary funding
For FEADER-linked schemes, check the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes entry and the current call for applications. Property investment schemes co-funded by an EPCI can vary depending on the area where the business is located.
How to prepare your application
Prepare a technical description, quotes, the financing plan, accounts, registration, staff numbers, turnover, and sector and land-related supporting documents. Check whether the application must precede any commitment to spend.
Checking the status of the aid
Check the regulations in force, the application date, the available budget envelopes and the official portal. Old documents are kept as historical records, never as sufficient proof of availability.
Cumulation and aid scheme
Cumulation rules depend on the State aid scheme and the expenses funded. In the absence of an explicit source, state "to be checked in the regulations".
Points of caution
Do not confuse a grant, a loan, FEADER co-funding, support, aid to a local authority and direct aid to a business. The criteria for the legal beneficiary take precedence.
Schemes identified in this batch
Lines without a matched official identifier remain unvalidated tracking entries; historical schemes are not presented as open.
