Frequently asked questions

Can I use the tools separately?

Yes. Every calculator is free and available without an account. A package chains the steps in order and unlocks the documents for your transaction.

Is my data kept? Pending review

Calculations run without an account. With a package, your file is kept in your Capital OS workspace: each step picks up the data from the previous one, with no re-entry.

What is the legal value of the documents?

They are pre-drafted templates under French law, filled in with the terms of your transaction. Missing items are flagged. Have them reviewed by your lawyer before signing anything.

Which document formats are available?

Word, so you can edit them with your advisers, and PDF.

Is support included? Pending review

A Capital OS adviser can call you back to help prepare your file and point you to the right funders.

How does the crowdfunding package work? Pending review

It is being prepared: choice of format (equity, bonds, royalties), amount, dilution and the file for the platform. Its rules and content are being finalised.
