Financing your project in the Oise: departmental aid, associations and local authorities

Identify Département de l'Oise's aid, grants for associations and local authorities and complementary funding for your project.

Introduction

The Département de l'Oise provides an official portal bringing together more than 90 aid schemes, allowing users to search for schemes, submit an application and track its processing. The leads notably cover associations, municipalities, sport, culture, resident services and certain territorial projects. For a business, it is necessary to check case by case whether the scheme is open to it: the departmental catalogue does not constitute a general investment grant for companies.

Who is this guide for?

Associations based in the Oise, municipalities and groupings, cultural and sports stakeholders, young people and individuals for certain schemes. Businesses must check the authorised beneficiaries on each factsheet.

Understanding who funds what

The Département offers an aid and grants portal and thematic guides. Aid for associations may take the form of an annual operating grant, support for an event or conditional investment aid. Municipalities also have access to specific schemes. Distinguish between grants, aid in kind and public contracts.

Aid and schemes to examine

The leads below come from institutional sources.

1. Direct grants and targeted schemes

• Annual operating grant for associations: 2027 campaign announced as open, deadline stated as 16 October 2026. • Investment aid for associations: rate announced at 50% of expenses including VAT, ceiling of €1,200, minimum expense threshold of €200 including VAT; significant exclusions. • Aid for local events / association activities, subject to conditions and early filing. • Aid for municipalities and departmental services under the rules in force. • Specific sports schemes, including Club Sport 60; some campaigns may be closed. • Departmental public contracts: a commercial opportunity, not a grant.

2. Territorial and sector-specific aid

The official portal lists more than 90 schemes. The categories include associations, municipalities, culture and heritage, education, employment-integration, environment, youth, housing, disability, seniors, sport, tourism and transport. The rules and periods vary for each scheme.

3. Regional, national and European funding

Complete the search with aid from the Hauts-de-France Region, State schemes and national operators depending on the project. Do not attribute to the Département aid provided by another funder.

Potentially fundable expenses

Depending on the factsheet: association operations, equipment directly related to the association's purpose, events, cultural or sports projects and municipal projects. For association investment aid, several expenses are explicitly excluded, notably works, vehicles, consumables and certain IT or office equipment.

Eligibility conditions to check

Check the association's age (often more than one year), its registered office and activity in the Oise, departmental interest, sector exclusions, the minimum expense, the accounting documents, the SIRET, the dates and the filing portal. Affiliated sports clubs may fall under a separate scheme.

Timeline and status of the schemes

The official page consulted states that the 2027 annual operating grant campaign is open until 16 October 2026. The association investment aid is announced as open from 3 April 2026. These timelines should not be extrapolated to other schemes.

Documents to prepare

SIRET/SIREN if applicable, articles of association, project presentation, projected budget, quotes, financing plan, bank details, a resolution for local authorities and documents specific to the measure.

Research method

  1. Start from the official factsheet; 2) check the beneficiaries and expenses; 3) confirm it is open and the deadline; 4) check the ceilings and combination rules; 5) keep a dated official record in the Capital OS file.
