Métropole Rouen Normandie: grants for business real estate and retail

The Métropole Rouen Normandie offers several schemes to support business real estate, with different conditions depending on the sector (social and solidarity economy, retail and crafts). Several sources date from 2015 to 2022 and need to be reconfirmed.

Social and solidarity economy real estate

A grant of up to €200,000 supports social and solidarity economy (SSE) businesses that are setting up or expanding into new premises, at a rate of 10, 20 or 30% depending on the size of the business and its location, capped at the amount of the business's own equity.

Retail and craft real estate

In municipalities that have signed an ORT agreement (territorial revitalization operation), a grant funds renovation works on retail or craft premises covering 50% of the amount excl. VAT, capped at €20,000 per business, for a minimum works amount of €5,000 excl. VAT.

Complementary support

The MIRE scheme, run by the CCI Rouen Métropole, offers free support for the development of industrial activities and job creation. The regional Alizé scheme is aimed at SMEs more than 3 years old, with interest-free financial support.
