Communauté de communes du Grand Pic Saint-Loup (CCGPSL)

Intermunicipal authority in Hérault, Occitanie.

Support for the location, development and long-term presence of local businesses, notably through the business real estate investment grant scheme (AIE).

The official page presents four strands: craft/industry, tourism, arts and crafts trades, and local retail/commercial frontage. The scheme is subject to the regulation and the annual budget.

Depending on the strand: craft and industrial businesses, tourism businesses (accommodation/catering), arts and crafts trades, retail businesses and local points of sale.

Sector-specific criteria and variable thresholds; registered office or establishment concerned located in the area, tax/social compliance, and expenses not committed before the application, depending on the regulation.

Grants for professional real estate investment.

Rates, caps, minimum spending thresholds and bonuses differ by strand. Figures published in secondary databases must be cross-checked against the official 2024 regulation and the 2026 form.

Acquisition, construction, extension, modernization or compliance upgrades of professional premises; some strands cover shopfronts/façades and premises rentals.

Exact eligibility depends on the strand. Do not sign quotes or incur expenses before confirming the admissibility conditions.

Contact the Economic Development Department; choose the appropriate strand; request the 2026 regulation and form; submit the application before committing to the investments.

The existence of a 2026 form is announced on the official website. The award remains subject to review, the regulation, and available funding.

Prêt d'honneur Initiative Montpellier Pic Saint-Loup (grant ID 2081).

Funding provided by the Initiative network, with support; to be presented as a partner scheme, not as a grant directly awarded by the CCGPSL.

The local retail strand and the commercial frontage upgrade strand appear separately in the reference database; keep the IDs and resolve the overlap after comparing the regulations.
