Nature of the information published

Capital OS publishes editorial information on public funding, grant and financing schemes, compiled from public sources (funding bodies, the European Commission, official registers). This information is provided for guidance only: it does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice, an individual eligibility assessment, or a guarantee of obtaining funding. The conditions of a given scheme should always be verified with the body that manages it.

The company data displayed (name, SIREN number, activity, address, published accounts…) comes from open databases published by the French administration (INSEE — Sirene register, BODACC, INPI). Any correction request can be sent to contact@capital-os.fr.

Intellectual property

The text, analyses, reports, graphics, logos and software elements belonging to Capital OS are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited. The logos of funding bodies and press-article excerpts remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced with their consent or by way of quotation.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Capital OS is intended exclusively for professionals (companies, managers, advisors). This legal notice, the use of the site and the Capital OS services are governed by Estonian law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the site or the services, including disputes concerning their validity, interpretation or performance, shall be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Eesti Kaubandus-Tööstuskoja Arbitraažikohus), by a sole arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Tallinn (Estonia) and the language of the proceedings is English. This clause does not prevent recourse to the courts of Tallinn for interim or protective measures.

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version, mentions légales, is the reference text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
