Nouvelle-Aquitaine Tourism Growth Fund

This investment fund, created by the Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine with the Banque des Territoires, Crédit Agricole Aquitaine, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Caisse d’Épargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes, targets tourism micro-businesses with fewer than 10 employees and tourism SMEs with fewer than 50 employees based in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. It takes equity stakes (up to 45% in property companies (SCI), according to one source) for structuring projects of €500,000 to €3 million. The Région is also exceptionally mobilising this fund for the largest reconstruction projects following the fires of summer 2026.

A large-scale tourism development or reconstruction project often exceeds the conventional bank financing capacity of a micro-business (TPE) or SME (PME) in the sector. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Croissance Tourisme fund (NACT), set up on the initiative of the Région with several banking partners, aims to support these projects.
