InvESS Île-de-France — Seed Stage

The fund targets unlisted organisations in Île-de-France, created less than five years ago, with revenue not exceeding €1 million. First investment tickets are between €150,000 and €500,000. The investment can take different forms of securities and comes with strategic monitoring and impact indicators.

InvESS Île-de-France Amorçage is an investment fund for social and solidarity economy organisations and impact businesses that have validated their concept and started testing it with their first customers or beneficiaries. It aims to strengthen equity to finance the next step: consolidating the offer, structuring the activity, developing sales or extending the social and environmental impact. It is an investment, not a grant.

Who can apply

Unlisted organisations based in Île-de-France, of various legal forms: associations, cooperatives, work integration structures, SASs and other eligible structures. For the seed fund, the concept must have been validated and tested with first customers or beneficiaries; the organisation must be less than five years old with revenue not exceeding €1 million.

Eligibility conditions

The activity must have social and/or environmental utility and fall within the fund’s areas: climate, resources and natural ecosystems; inclusion and work integration; health prevention and healthy ageing; education, citizenship and the collaborative economy. The fund also helps define a non-financial roadmap and monitor indicators.

What the scheme covers

The investment strengthens the organisation’s financial resources and can support its overall development: structuring the team, finalising the offer, sales development, operational roll-out or scaling up. The precise use of funds and the investment conditions are negotiated with the management company.

Amount and funding terms

The first investments announced are between €150,000 and €500,000. The fund can invest through shares, participating securities, association securities, bonds or convertible bonds. The exact type of investment, the valuation and the conditions are set with the management company.

How to apply

1. Check the Île-de-France base, the organisation’s age, its revenue and its fit with the impact themes. 2. Prepare the business model, results already achieved and financing needs. 3. Document the impact indicators and the development trajectory. 4. Submit the application to INCO Ventures via the InvESS Amorçage website. 5. Prepare discussions on governance, the securities proposed and the monitoring objectives.
