Actions covered
The scheme concerns the working capital needed to start up a diversification activity linked to a farm, in particular:
- farm visitor hospitality;
- gîtes, bed-and-breakfasts and farm guest dining on a farm;
- agritourism excluding accommodation, and educational farms;
- ecotourism activities;
- equestrian activities excluding breeding;
- sports or discovery activities offered on a farm.
Beneficiaries and scope
The regional page identifies young farmers under 40 years of age at the time of application as potential beneficiaries. The stated objective is to settle the balance of aid under the previous programme. The intervention should therefore be analysed as a continuity and payment scheme for eligible applications inherited from the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014–2022, and not as a window open to any new diversification project.
