Tax Credit for Competitiveness and Employment (CICE) — Mayotte

The CICE in Mayotte is announced as being abolished on 1 January 2027 and replaced by a permanent scheme of social security exemptions. Calculation parameters, returns and interaction with the exemptions must be applied according to the payroll period concerned.

Unlike the former mainland CICE (tax credit for competitiveness and employment), the scheme listed here concerns Mayotte specifically. Service-Public states that in 2026 businesses can benefit from the CICE and new exemptions from employer contributions, with the regime changing gradually.
