Media Pluralism Support for Overseas Press Titles
Publications must mainly cover news from the territories concerned, be paid-for, registered with the CPPAP (joint committee for publications and press agencies) and written in French or a regional language used in France. Printed or dual-media press companies in the territories covered by Article 73 of the Constitution, Saint-Martin, New Caledonia and French Polynesia, where the editorial content mainly covers news from these territories.
