Eureka Cluster CELTIC-NEXT Call for Projects
According to the official sources consulted (Eureka Clusters, national agencies FFG/TUBITAK), the CELTIC-NEXT Autumn 2026 call opened on 1 July 2026, with a closing date given as either 23 October or 26 October 2026 depending on the source — both dates appear and should be checked on the official website; either way, the closing date has now passed. As with all Eureka clusters, the cluster itself does not fund projects directly: funding comes through the national programme of each country taking part in the consortium.
CELTIC-NEXT is one of the thematic clusters of the Eureka network, dedicated to information and communication technologies. It enables companies from several countries to set up collaborative R&D projects, which are then funded by the national programmes of each partner country (in France, via Bpifrance).

Who can apply
Companies and R&D organisations wishing to carry out an international collaborative project in the field of information and communication technologies, within a consortium bringing together several countries in the Eureka network.
Eligibility conditions
The project must be collaborative and international: it involves a consortium of partners from at least two countries taking part in the Eureka/CELTIC-NEXT network. Each partner must then apply for national funding in its own country (in France, to Bpifrance), in addition to submitting the project to the cluster.
What the scheme covers
Collaborative research and development projects on information and communication technologies, bringing together partners from several countries.
Amount and funding terms
Eureka clusters, including CELTIC-NEXT, do not fund projects directly: each company is funded by the national programme of its home country (in France, via Bpifrance), with rates and ceilings specific to each country. No overall amount therefore applies uniformly to all participants.
How to apply
1. Form an international consortium (at least two countries in the Eureka network). 2. Submit the project to the CELTIC-NEXT cluster according to the timetable of the current call. 3. Each French partner applies in parallel for national funding from Bpifrance. 4. Confirm the exact dates of the current call on the official website, as the sources consulted give slightly different dates.
Timeline
The Autumn 2026 call opened on 1 July 2026 and closed on 23 or 26 October 2026 depending on the source (so it had already closed when this fiche was written). The next call expected would be a Spring 2027 call, with no date confirmed in the sources consulted.
