Perche Ambition
The territorial scheme covers several families of operations, notably fitting out business premises, modernising a shop and certain investments linked to working conditions, accessibility or energy saving. The criteria and scale depend on the local rules.
A local shop, craftsperson or service provider may need to renovate their premises, improve their working tools or develop an activity that maintains jobs in the territory. Perche Ambition aims to support the creation, takeover and development of small businesses, while strengthening activity in village centres and local attractiveness.

Who can apply
The catalogue targets craft, retail or service businesses registered in the national business register (RNE), with turnover below €1 million excluding VAT and up to date with their tax and social security obligations, or benefiting from a payment moratorium. Certain activities are excluded, notably wholesale trade, pharmacies, financial or property service agencies and seasonal shops with their registered office outside the territory. Confirm the exact list with the local authority.
Eligibility conditions
The project must be located in the territory covered by the scheme, meet the conditions of the rules and not endanger a business already present in the municipality carrying out the same activity. The catalogue also mentions that the same project cannot be funded twice with certain regional schemes or OCMACS.
What the scheme covers
The operations listed include fitting out, creating, modernising or extending business premises, fit-out and depreciable furniture, energy-saving works, improving working conditions and safety, accessibility of shops and shopfront renovation. The local rules determine the expenditure and works actually eligible.
Amount and funding terms
The Perche Ambition financial scale could not be confirmed from an up-to-date official page. Do not build your financing plan on an unverified rate or cap: ask the Terres du Perche economic department for the rules in force and the type of expenditure accepted.
How to apply
Before signing any quote or starting works, contact the economic department of the Communauté de communes des Terres du Perche. Present the location, activity, latest turnover figures, detailed quotes and timetable. Ask for the current rules, the applicable rate and cap and the list of documents. As the application arrangements have not been confirmed on a recent official page, validate them directly with the local authority.
