Ineligible sectors: support activities for crop production; property dealers; activities of head offices; activities of holding companies; marine aquaculture; other telecommunications activities; other monetary intermediation; growing of cereals (except rice), leguminous crops and oil seeds; distribution of gaseous fuels through mains; electricity distribution; raising of other cattle and buffaloes; raising of poultry; logging; renting and operating of own or leased real estate; electricity production; support services for land transport; electricity transmission; interurban passenger rail transport.

Eligible operations listed: expenditure and investment to modernise business premises and improve their economic, social and environmental performance; expenditure and investment to build an extension or a new building, or to densify a site; expenditure and investment to modernise shop windows; tangible and intangible expenditure and investment (studies, diagnostics, etc.) on property, movable items attached to property (article 524 of the French Civil Code), roads and utilities and green spaces; any expenditure on self-performed works to improve the premises; any expenditure on property linked to accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Second-hand equipment is eligible provided documents authenticating the sale and a certificate from the seller that the equipment was not originally subsidised are produced. For works carried out yourself, only the value of materials and supplies can be taken into account. Not eligible: purchase of a business or key money; rolling stock, light and heavy vehicles; investment financed by leasing, finance lease or hire purchase; investment that has already received financial aid from the Communauté de communes Haut Val de Sèvre.
Amount and funding terms
