Eureka Cluster Eurogia Call for Projects

Call 31 of Eurogia2030 opened on 1 July 2026 and closed on 29 October 2026 at 5 pm (CET), according to the Eureka network. The participating countries cited include France, Belgium (Wallonia and Flanders), Canada, Austria, the Czech Republic and Brazil. As with CELTIC-NEXT, the cluster does not provide direct funding: each partner is funded by its own country’s programme (in France, through Bpifrance).

Eurogia2030 is the Eureka cluster dedicated to low-carbon technologies: carbon-free energy, green mobility, smart housing, bioresources and the environment. Like the other Eureka clusters, it builds international consortia whose national members are then each funded by their own country.

Who can apply

Companies and R&D organisations carrying out an international collaborative low-carbon technology project (energy, green mobility, smart housing, bioresources, environment), within a consortium bringing together several Eureka countries.

Eligibility conditions

The project must bring together a consortium of partners from at least two countries participating in the Eureka/Eurogia2030 network, and address a low-carbon theme. Each partner must then apply separately for funding from its home country.

What the scheme covers

Collaborative R&D projects on low-carbon technologies: carbon-free energy, green mobility, smart housing, bioresources and the environment.

Amount and funding terms

No direct funding from the cluster: each partner company in the consortium applies for funding from its national programme (in France, through Bpifrance), with rules and rates specific to each country — no single amount can be given here.

How to apply

1. Build an international consortium around an eligible low-carbon theme. 2. Submit the project to the Eurogia2030 cluster before the call closes. 3. In parallel, each French partner applies to Bpifrance for national funding. 4. Check current dates and terms on eurogia.eu.

Timeline

Call 31 was open from 1 July 2026 to 29 October 2026 at 5 pm CET, according to the Eureka network — this deadline has now passed. The next call has no confirmed date in the sources consulted.
