ADEME supports local authorities, associations, companies and project developers, project owners and building owners (excluding individuals) with feasibility studies for renewable electricity production in Corsica and several overseas territories.
For renewable electricity projects in Corsica and the overseas territories, this aid funds the study that determines whether the project is technically, economically, legally and environmentally viable. It covers several technologies, from self-consumption solar PV to wind, small hydro and marine technologies.

What the scheme covers
Feasibility studies carried out by a consultancy or a project owner assistance firm, notably to size the installation, analyse the site’s resources and constraints, study grid connection and assess the economic and environmental outlook.
Amount and funding terms
The amount depends on eligible study costs and the scale “Étude de Faisabilité EnR électrique – Conditions d’éligibilité et de financement – 2026”. No single rate is given on the page; check the official scale and the specifications for the technology, notably for self-consumption solar PV.
How to apply
Choose the ADEME specifications for the technology, gather site data and the study quote, then contact the relevant regional office. Apply via AGIR with the required technical and financial information before committing to the service.
