Promoting Mobility Solutions with Strong Co-benefits for Air Quality and Health in Occitanie — Pre-submission

The call covers in particular commuting, fleet optimisation, last-mile logistics and projects tackling sedentary lifestyles or isolation. The pre-application phase closed early on 8 July 2026. The application phase, open until 31 December 2026 at 5.30 pm, is reserved for organisations selected at pre-application: unsolicited applications are therefore not open to all.

Mobility projects can reduce air pollution while improving health, physical activity, access to services and the organisation of business travel. In Occitanie, ADEME launched a call for expressions of interest to support mobility solutions with strong co-benefits for air quality and health.

Who can apply

The pre-application phase was open to local authorities, associations, companies of all sizes and their representative bodies, fleet or mobility service managers, and public and private employers. The current application phase is reserved for organisations selected in that first phase. The project must be located in Occitanie.

Eligibility conditions

The project must demonstrate joint benefits for air quality and health and match the call’s objectives. Applications could be individual or in partnership. To apply in the current phase, you must have been selected at pre-application. ADEME recommends contacting the scheme team to confirm that the project fits the specifications.

What the scheme covers

Example projects include mobility linked to health policies and tackling sedentary lifestyles or isolation, commuting, employers’ CSR initiatives, fleet optimisation and last-mile logistics. The project must describe the beneficiaries, the expected changes and how results will be measured in terms of mobility, pollution and health.

Amount and funding terms

The aid rate and cap depend on the specifications and the selected project. The application page refers to the rules and does not set a standard amount for every applicant. Costs and the financing plan must be calculated according to the official documents, and the applicant must already have been selected at the pre-application phase.

How to apply

If your organisation was selected at pre-application, follow the specifications for the application phase, formalise the partners, actions, budget and impact indicators, then submit the application before the deadline. If you were not selected, this phase does not allow direct applications; contact ADEME to find out about next steps or a possible future edition.

Timeline

Pre-application: 6 April to 8 July 2026, closed early. Final application: 6 April to 31 December 2026 at 5.30 pm, reserved for organisations selected at pre-application. The final phase is still announced as open, for pre-selected applicants only.
