Who can apply
SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and associations duly published in the Journal officiel; organisation created more than one year ago, with at least two active members of staff at the time of application; head office or establishment in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur; social security and tax contributions up to date; not in receivership or compulsory liquidation, unless a continuation plan has been approved. Excluded: micro-entrepreneurs, public bodies and the agricultural sector. The Region’s de minimis criteria must also be checked in the rules.
