OPALE: reducing the cost of premises during the first year of activity
The aid concerns businesses recently created in the Pays de Lure, for rented or purchased premises. The calculation uses rent or a loan repayment capped at €500 a month. The business must carry out a craft, retail or service activity meeting the local criteria and undertake to maintain its activity in the territory for three years.
Moving into premises weighs on a young business’s cash flow. OPALE, offered by the Communauté de communes du Pays de Lure, covers part of the business rent for one year; in Lure town centre, the rate announced by the local authority rises to 75%.
