Who can apply
Legal entities, including integration enterprises and social and solidarity economy organisations, registered in the RNE and with their registered office or an activity in the territory of the Communauté de communes du Pithiverais Gâtinais. SCIs are eligible under certain conditions. Eligible sectors: craft and industrial production and business services; local activities — restaurants, local food shops that have joined the “© du Centre” brand, essential shops and local crafts where this is the last activity of its kind in the municipality, food trades, art crafts, construction; other craft, retail, service and integration micro-businesses under conditions. Eligibility should be confirmed by the funder.
Eligibility conditions
The beneficiary business must be up to date with its regulatory, tax, social security and environmental obligations; not be subject to collective insolvency proceedings; have positive equity; undertake to create and maintain local jobs within the 3 years following the award of the aid; and undertake to maintain the business’s activity in the territory of the Communauté de communes du Pithiverais Gâtinais for 5 years after the award of the aid. What the scheme covers
Purchase of undeveloped private land in community business parks, linked to a property project whose works must start within two years of acquiring the land to receive aid; construction, extension, modernisation or rehabilitation works on buildings located in the territory of the Communauté de communes du Pithiverais Gâtinais for the direct benefit of the business; property fees (project manager, studies, surveyors… excluding notary fees); purchase of an existing property site, mainly a brownfield business site, whose redevelopment works must start within two years of acquisition to receive aid (shops are excluded from this aid for acquiring premises). Not eligible: works carried out directly by the beneficiary business. Check the exact list of eligible expenditure.
Amount and funding terms
A grant of up to 10% of eligible expenditure, capped at €400,000 excluding VAT (above this amount, applications are examined case by case). The Centre-Val de Loire Region may add to this aid with support of up to 50%. A project owner receiving a grant from the Communauté de communes du Pithiverais Gâtinais must wait at least two years before submitting a new grant application under this property investment aid fund. The grant from the Communauté de communes du Pithiverais Gâtinais cannot be awarded more than once for the same purpose. Check the caps and expenditure accepted in the rules.
