Takeovers of retail or craft businesses may be eligible; the applicant must then provide the 2 balance sheets preceding the takeover and a 3-year activity forecast (the application will then be examined by an award committee). Not eligible: pharmacies, opticians, hearing aid providers, dental technicians, insurance companies and brokers, banks, estate agencies; liberal professions registered with the CCI as companies; property investment and commercial companies (SCIs) and owners of retail premises; tourism activities.
