Economic development aid (CNM)

The CNM’s official page, updated on 14 January 2026, provides for aid of up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at €100,000. The organisation must in particular be affiliated to the CNM, be an SME legal entity, normally have at least three years in business and three closed financial years, have turnover above €100,000 and devote at least 80% of its activity to the field covered.

The Centre national de la musique (CNM, national music centre) supports SMEs in the music sector that take a development risk through diversification or strategic repositioning. It is not general aid for running costs: the project must bring about a significant change in the organisation or business model.
