Who can apply
Micro-businesses with consolidated turnover of between €80,000 and €2 million, registered in the RNE, up to date with their tax and social security obligations, not meeting the European definition of a business in difficulty, and located within the following perimeters: municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants in the intercommunal area. Not eligible: regulated or similar professions, i.e. professions subject to specific regulations notably on access to and exercise of the profession and on ethical obligations overseen by professional bodies (order or chamber); financial and real estate activities; training organisations; primary agriculture; fishing and aquaculture; road haulage; logistics; engineering firms.

Cost of new productive investment (acquisition through leasing is eligible provided there is a single lease, supplied complete and signed when the regional aid application is submitted, with a commitment by the business to purchase at the end of the contract); cost of used productive investment less than 5 years old or refurbished: a supporting document showing the date of manufacture or first sale of the equipment must be provided with the application, stating that it has not previously received public aid; investment in storing production tools (cold rooms, etc.), new or second-hand; interior fit-out of vehicles used for production, excluding passenger and goods transport, with up to 3 seats, new or second-hand; cost of fit-out needed to install production equipment. Not eligible: vehicles; any investment without a direct link to the project owner’s economic activity.
