Business Start-up and Takeover Grant
According to the award rules in force (period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026, confirming the 31 December 2026 deadline already indicated for this scheme), beneficiaries must first have been supported by a member of the “Maison des Entrepreneurs” support network. The grant, paid on presentation of supporting documents, can reach €7,500 and cover up to 25% of eligible investments according to a third-party source (Infogreffe); it can be combined with other grants, subject to the applicable national or European rules.
The Communauté d’Agglomération des 2 Baies en Montreuillois (CA2BM) provides financial support to people creating or taking over a business in its area, under grant rules covering the period 2024-2026.

People creating or taking over a business in the CA2BM area who have first been supported by a member of the “Maison des Entrepreneurs” network.
Eligibility conditions
Prior support from the Maison des Entrepreneurs is an eligibility condition. The application is submitted to the president of the agglomeration authority, with a maximum review period of 3 months. The grant is paid on presentation of supporting documents and can be combined with other financial aid, subject to national or European rules on combining aid.
