Business Real Estate Grant
The scheme targets businesses in industry, productive crafts and industrial services established within the Agglomération’s area. According to a 2022 regulation (to be reconfirmed), the minimum investment is €40,000, with a grant calculated on a 10% basis. Award remains discretionary and is conditional on a commitment to maintain the activity.
For several years, the Communauté d’agglomération Gaillac-Graulhet has been supporting the property projects of businesses in its territory through a dedicated scheme (Aide à l’Immobilier d’Entreprises, AIE), regularly used under agreements signed in 2024 and 2026.
