Sole traders who can show that the property aid supports an activity; micro-businesses and SMEs; mid-sized companies; SCIs majority-owned (60% or more) by the business or its main partner, subject to a commitment to pass the grant on as a rent reduction under a lease between the holding company and the operating business — with their registered office in the territory of the communauté de communes du Plateau de Lannemezan. Businesses less than 3 years old may be eligible only if they carry out an industrial activity or a service to industry and show prospects of development and job creation. Eligible sectors: production crafts, industry, production, business-to-business logistics.
