SMEs or mid-caps set up as companies and registered in Grand Est, in a sound financial situation under EU regulations and up to date with tax and social security contributions, with an export development project. Sole traders, businesses generating 100% of their turnover from trading, certain consultancy and training activities, liberal professions and businesses in collective or court proceedings are excluded according to the regional page.

The project must concern export development and be approved by a technical committee organised by the Region with CCI International Grand Est and Team France Export Grand Est.
