Support for the Emergence of New Social and Solidarity Economy Activities
The amount is set according to the project. The catalogue requires the creation of at least 0.8 FTE on a permanent contract dedicated to the activity and excludes FTEs under specific integration contracts. The organisations concerned include in particular employer associations, SCOP/SCIC cooperatives, SIAEs and adapted enterprises, subject to the detailed conditions of the regional rules.
This Hauts-de-France aid targets social and solidarity economy organisations launching a new economic activity. It covers the first operating costs — for example salaries, social charges, communication, utilities or telephone — and not generic equipment investment. The project must demonstrate the creation of a dedicated job meeting the scheme’s conditions.
