Where a business is being created in connection with the property project, the beneficiary undertakes to have started its activity before requesting payment of the aid. For an acquisition of existing premises, the purchase must take place within a year of signing the aid agreement; for the construction or extension of a building, completion must take place within 2 years of signing the agreement. These elements are not enough to guarantee eligibility.
