Support for Business Real Estate

The aid covers business property projects that may include land acquisition, construction, extension, rehabilitation or modernisation of buildings, and certain fees linked to running the project. The level of support depends on the size of the business, its location and the applicable aid regime. The application should highlight the project’s role in developing the activity and employment.

A property project can become a lever for development when it makes it possible to set up a strategic activity, enlarge a site or modernise premises. In the Vallée de l’Hérault, the listed scheme targets projects that are structuring for employment and the territory’s sectors. It is therefore aimed at operations forming part of a clearly argued development strategy rather than routine works.
