Very small businesses: in crafts, retail and/or services; located in the Pays de la Serre community of municipalities’ area; not meeting the EU definition of a business in difficulty; up to date with their tax and social security obligations; with fewer than 10 full-time-equivalent employees; registered in the RNE; with a closed financial year of at least 12 months. Not eligible: professions subject to specific regulations, notably on access to and practice of the profession and ethical obligations overseen by professional bodies (order or chamber); financial and property activities; training organisations; primary agriculture; fishing and aquaculture; road freight transport; logistics; engineering firms; energy production; micro-enterprises.
