Who can apply
The fund concerned private category 5 ERPs, notably certain shops, restaurants/bars, hotels, bank branches and health establishments, run by micro-businesses/SMEs or associations meeting the criteria. These criteria are no longer applicable and create no right to a new application.
Eligibility conditions
The window has been closed since 7 January 2026. The former criteria included in particular a category 5 ERP that was inaccessible or partially accessible, an eligible size of organisation, creation before 20 September 2023 and not being in compulsory liquidation when applying.
What the scheme covers
The fund financed accessibility works and equipment and, within a separate limit, engineering and project management assistance. For future works, look for another open scheme or the applicable regulatory obligations; do not submit a new application under the closed FTA.
Amount and funding terms
Former terms of the scheme: 50% of eligible costs, capped at €20,000 for equipment and works and €500 for engineering/project management assistance, i.e. €20,500 in total. No new applications can be submitted since the window closed on 7 January 2026.
How to apply
No new application under this fund is possible. For an application already submitted, consult the ASP’s communications and the agreement documents. For a new project, check alternative aid with the relevant public services and the local authority.
