Who can apply
Very small businesses and SMEs with at least one establishment in Normandy and registered in the national business register. The sector and the operation must fall within the scope of the rules. The business must have a financial situation meeting the scheme’s criteria and be up to date with its reporting and social security obligations, under the conditions set by AD Normandie.
Eligibility conditions
The service must be a clearly defined external consultancy assignment, with an objective, timetable, quote and deliverables. The rules set eligibility conditions for the business, the consultant and the assignment. What the scheme covers
Eligible consultancy services under the rules: depending on the project, feasibility studies, engineering, strategy or expertise linked to the business’s development. The cost must correspond to an identified consultancy assignment; internal costs, running costs and services excluded by the rules must not be added to the subsidisable budget.
Amount and funding terms
**Maximum rate indicated:** 50% of the eligible cost excluding VAT. **Calculation basis:** up to €1,000 excluding VAT per consultancy day.
