Mur Mur TPE/PME: reducing your bills through energy renovation
The aid is for micro-businesses and SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and certain associations located in one of the 49 municipalities of Grenoble Alpes Métropole. Works must amount to at least €5,000 excluding VAT. The grant is 30% of eligible works, raised to 50% for items using bio-based insulation materials, within €30,000 for the building envelope, a €10,000 bio-based bonus and €10,000 for equipment, i.e. €50,000 at most. An energy diagnosis is required and the process must be started before signing quotes.
Poorly insulated premises, old heating or energy-hungry lighting increase your business’s costs. Grenoble Alpes Métropole’s Mur Mur TPE/PME funds part of the works that improve the energy performance of business premises. The grant can reach €50,000, at a rate of 30% of eligible works, with a bonus for bio-based materials. The energy diagnosis and prior approvals are essential: quotes must not be signed before the eligibility notifications.
