All costs for creating or improving a swimming pool, spa, Finnish bath, sauna or hammam are eligible only if the equipment installed addresses sustainable development issues, with technical justification (processes, materials, operating conditions, etc.) of the water and energy savings that will be made when it is used after the works.

Eligible costs: all costs needed to carry out the works — only works carried out by businesses are eligible; architects’ fees; environmental labelling costs. Not eligible: any heating using fossil fuel such as heating oil; furniture (except fitted kitchens or bathroom fittings); equipment; decorative items; materials; property and land acquisitions; foreseeable and regulatory investments (works for compliance alone); mobile leisure homes.
