The responsible digital innovation aid targets digital projects that contribute to the transitions or reduce their own environmental footprint: energy sobriety, durability of equipment and services, open source, cybersecurity, interoperability, accessibility or inclusion. Who can apply
Businesses, associations, local authorities, public bodies and other public or semi-public bodies depending on the type of project. For technological innovation, the Region targets in particular businesses and associations in the digital, robotics and electronics sectors. Projects with a collective aim must demonstrate their general interest or territorial benefits.
Eligibility conditions
The project must demonstrate its innovative nature, value creation and technical and operational viability. The Region examines in particular sobriety, life cycle, accessibility, interoperability, openness, cybersecurity, data ethics and partnerships. General running costs are not funded. Staff, consultant, travel, overhead and equipment costs are subject to specific limits.

Potentially eligible costs include design and development, justified staff costs, consultancy services used exclusively for the project, certain travel costs capped at 5% of the cost base, overheads capped at 20% of staff costs and equipment investment. The application must separate these costs from ordinary running costs.
