Purpose of the scheme: Supporting the launch of entrepreneurial projects that meet local needs and create local, lasting jobs, particularly in social and solidarity economy businesses. Beneficiaries mentioned: employer businesses of the social and solidarity economy, as defined in article 1 of the law of 31 July 2014, have priority.
