Not eligible: property activities (except activities classified under NAF 55); medical and medico-social activities (NAF 86, 87, 88), including micro-nurseries; financial and insurance activities (NAF 64, 65, 66), including banks, investment companies, financial holding companies, insurance, reinsurance, mutual societies, brokers and all indirect services linked to these fields; primary agricultural production, fishing, aquaculture, forestry; projects carried out under a franchise contract; regulated liberal professions; projects based solely or mainly on digital intermediation platforms (private-hire vehicles, delivery, on-demand services, etc.) where there is no independent management of customers, prices and conditions of performance.
